What is Webnode.com?
Due to the large number of websites Mr. Kempo has launched since 2008 for personal, business and Canadian governance reform purposes he's chosen to utilize numerous free web design and hosting services. Webnode.com is one of them. It would be cost prohibitive on an ongoing basis if he had to pay for the design, construction, launch and maintenance of these many electronic platforms.
This methodology of information dissemination and organization recruitment (that procures public awareness of the research findings) ought not to detract from their or his credibility.
Cyber-Malfeasance that May Alter this Site and Others Linked to It
The first reform initiative was in 2004. Since then the Canadian security services mandated to mitigate institutional change have maintained spyware, Trojan Horses and other malware on Mr. Kempo's computer to engage in many different types of interference like the one noted above; (which are fully documented in his evidence diaries).
Recipients of these findings and invitees to the coalition of aboriginal organizations now being created may discover cyber-malfeasance that has made changes to this website and those it's linked to. You may see:
1) dates that don't make sense in context, spelling mistakes or a word added that generates grammatical or syntax errors to make him appear academically inept or factually sloppy; and
2) links are removed to prevent access to what is intended to be presented for due diligence purposes.
If you discover either, contact him at your earliest convenience.
